For ALCO, the Health and Safety of employees and clients is a basic pillar within our business policy. The prevention of occupational risks, beyond being a legal requirement, it is considered an added value that guarantees better quality at work and promotes the best practices such as commitment with the society.
We have an Occupational Risk Prevention department which is in charge of developing, integrating and maintaining a specific management system with the aim to continuously improve in this field. In order to fulfil this commitment, we assign the necessary human and material resources that together with the employees' information and consultations enable to improve the conditions of each work position.
Fruit of this policy, we have determined to share our knowledge to place within reach of our clients, suppliers, collaborators and whoever may require it, as safety must be considered a common good. For this, and in collaboration with the manufacturers, Mutual insurance companies and the administration, we organise and collaborate in training courses for assembly works, high-rise works, etc
