A prefabricated module is a habitable area which covers a specific requirement and that may be combined with other modules to cover further requirements: It is therefore a "master piece" that shapes your project.  
 
Furthermore, ALCO's Modules are customisable areas, as all the components that form them (floor, structure, roof, enclosure, interior partitioning and fittings), they are configurable according to your requirements, being able to choose between a variety of combinations, or choose any of the standard configurations of our Monoblock modules.  
 
In short, you choose between the simplicity, functionality and availability of the Monoblock modules, and the personalisation, adaptation and finishings of your own Prefabricated Module.


Floor: it has up to three layers (protective, surface and paving), which enables configuring the resistance, finishing and insulation that you require.

 

Structure: composed by the pillars and the beams, it is self-supporting which facilitates the works of assembly and handling.

 

Roof: formed by three layers (protective, insulating and false ceiling), it is designed to facilitate the evacuation of rainwater.

 

Enclosure: formed by the woodworks (doors and windows), as well as the closing panels, and its design accepts a large variety of configurations (curtain wall, cotegran, cebonita, sandwich panel …)

 

Interior partitioning solved with “sandwich” panel, or by means of aluminium and wood partitions, with the possibility to choose the covering and even mount double partitioning.

 

Fittings: light switches, power sockets and computer network sockets, plumbing, bathroom fittings, air-conditioning… they are all options for you to choose from.
