Rack elevated work platforms rental services by Alco lets you have a large fleet of machines in perfect condition and ready to use.
 
The RPEP are ALCO's safest, fastest and most efficient systems to develop your elevated works. Thanks to the motor and the pinion post over which it moves, “you can place the Platform at the working height you require”, and also, the materials and the load, ¡go with you on the same platform!.
 
The large capacity and high technology of our rental equipment, enables you to face works in large areas, and cover façade lengths of “up to 30 m with only two lift groups, and one single control point”. Therefore, you will be able to move yourself, your equipment and the materials that you need over the same work Platform covering the entire length of the façade…¡it is perfect!

 

Advantages and Applications

 

Due to the numerous safety systems they incorporate, to the spaciousness of the work surface and for their load capacity, the RPEP are a good solution for any work on the façade and especially for:
 

 • Fair faced laying
 • Laying of stone, cladded and curtain wall
 • Laing of isolations
 • Restoration tasks
 • Paint for façades

 
 

Safety: electric motors with electro-mechanical brake, limit switch, emergency stop, "dead-man" controls …and up to 20 devices that guarantee your safety.

 

Performance: they reduce up to 30 % the duration of your works, and up to 90 % of your access times. You may gain 9 days for every months work.

 

Versatility: single mast or twin mast configuration, offset adjustments, transport of people and materials on the same surface...

 

Capacity: from 1,500 kg to  4,500 kg load, from 2.53 m to 34.7 m length, from 0 to 150 m high.

 

Width: from 1.30 m to 2.80 m work width or even more if necessary.

 

Modularity: facilitates the adjustment of the platform to the adjustments necessary, as well as its storage, handling and transport.
